Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Electric groups are not subject to return, oversized parcels are paid by the buyer.
In accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights“, the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return and exchange.
